Pelvic Health Workshop

Did you know that many chemicals that are in intimate products that we use have been banned in other countries? Pelvic Health begins with knowledge of ingredients in products that we use on a daily basis and extends into the health of the pelvic floor muscles and the vaginal walls. We will openly discuss topics even doctors feel uncomfortable with. The pelvic floor is responsible for supporting the major muscle groups and aids in sexual pleasure.
